If you can't make either or both of your monthly treatments, you can reach out to Kat and we can work out a deal together that works best for you, such as booking those appointments for a later date.

Monthly memberships are not refundable.

If you decide to discontinue your monthly membership, you have until your date-of-renewal of the following month to redeem services, if you hadn't already.

Example: Your renewal period is on the 29th of each month. It just renewed October 29th and you decide to discontinue your membership on the 5th of the November. You have until the 29th of November to redeem your treatments if you hadn't already and take advantage of any member benefits (like purchasing a package at the member rate).

Semi-annual and Annual memberships are eligible to receive a refund of unused months, with a max refund of half of what you paid for the membership.

Example (less than half of the membership remaining): You have a semi-annual (6-month) membership. You have used 4 months and have 2 months remaining. You will be refunded the 2 unused months and have until the 1st of the month to redeem your treatments, if you hadn't already, and take advantage of any member benefits.

Example (more than half of the membership remaining): You have purchased a year membership. You have used 2 months and have 10 months remaining when you decide to discontinue. You will be refunded a max of 6 months and have until the 1st of the following month to redeem your member treatments, if you hadn't already, and take advantage of any member benefits.

Packages purchased with member benefits are not affected. They are under the same package policies outlined on the Pricing page.

Monthly Memberships will be auto-invoiced on the date that you sign up every month.

Example: If you paid for a monthly membership on the 6th of November, you will be invoiced every month on the 6th. Your renewal period, in which you can book your 75-minute and 45-minute treatments, respectively, will be from the 6th of the present month to the 6th of the next month.

You must provide the preferred payment method upon signing up and please indicate whether or not it is an HSA/ FSA account.

I would prefer if memberships were created in-person, but if you'd like, you could also contact me, indicate which interval you would like to sign up for (monthly, 6 months, or 12 months) and I will send you an invoice, which must be paid within 7 days upon receipt.

If you are a New Patient, you will still need to pay the intake fee upon booking.
